Day 1: Casablanca - Rabat - Fes

Today our private Morocco tour starts visiting the Hassan II Mosque then we drive to Rabat where we make a visit to the Mechouar of the Royal Palace, the ruins of Chellah, the Mohammed V Mausoleum and the Hassan Tower. After lunch we will depart to Meknes to explore Meknes. The guided tour will include Bab El Mansour, the massive gate which is the entrance to the old city and the Jewish quarter, the Royal Granaries & the city rampart. We will depart to Volubilis (the Roman ruins) and Moulay Idriss (the holy town). We will continue to Fes where we stay for dinner and accommodation at a traditional riad. Today we also enjoy guided tour to discover Fes as often referred to as the country’s cultural capital. It’s well-known for its Fes El Bali walled medina, with medieval architecture. We visit the tannery and the ceramics cooperative to see the traditional Moroccan crafts. Overnight in local hotel with dinner.

Day 2: Fes - Midelt - Rissani - Camel Ride in Merzouga:

Today we will pick up you from hotel/riad/ bus station in Fes city and then we drive from Fes to Midelt and Merzouga desert. We visit Ifrane, a famous winter ski resort. Then we visit the cedars forest in Azrou where we may watch the monkeys. We continue Morocco tour driving across the Middle Atlas mountains passing Erfoud,famous for fossil products and then to Rissani. We reach Merzouga desert in the afternoon, and we stay in desert hotel with dinner.

Day 3: Merzouga Desert - Todra - Dades Valley:

Morocco desert excursion continues and we will enjoy desert sunrise in Merzouga desert and then we ride camel back to village. We head to Rissani, then Tinghir and Todra gorges. It is the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco. After lunch in the gorge we’ll drive through the Dades valley enjoying the rock formations monkey toes. We stay overnight in Dades valley with dinner and breakfast.

Day 4: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech:

Today we continue our private Morocco tour to Valley of Rosses in Kalaat Mgouna and we explore city of Ouarzazate , called “the Hollywood of Africa”. We may visit local film studio and kasbah in Ait Benhaddou , the largest Kasbah in Morocco and UNESCO historical site. We continue to Marrakech over the High Atlas mountains. Tour finishes in Marrakech or we can arrange transfer for you to Casablanca.
