Program : Marrakech Day Trip to Ait Benhaddou:

Today at 8 am we departure from your hotel, and we take the road towards Ait Benhaddou. We pass through the High Atlas mountains (the highest road pass 2260 m above sea level). From here we will drive to the Telouet region (we visit Kasbah Telouet), this fortress can still be visited, but it is steadily becoming more damaged and it is slowly collapsing.  

Next we will continue our Day excursions along the Ounila valley, with its numerous small villages built on the banks, following the stream until we reach Ait Benhaddou . The village has been founded in the 11 th century, and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage since 1987. It is very famous place for filming movies.

We will enjoy lunch in Ait Benhaddou and then we walk with a local guide to discover the Ait Benhaddou ksar. Later on afternoon we return back to Marrakech through the Tichka Atlas pass.
